Propellor Studio is a Vancouver-based design studio known for creating breathtaking, abstract statement pieces, from lighting to large spatial installations and sculptures. We particularly love how their abstract designs are inspired by natural forms. Whether reminiscent of cumulus clouds, tree branches, or a set of antlers, their installed art is a subtle nod to our great Canadian outdoors.
Pre-Covid, we had the pleasure of working with Propellor Studio on a special project in Prince Edward Island. This project demanded large-scale but light-weight light fixtures in both the front entrance and dining room spaces. Propellor’s Cumulus series was a perfect fit.
Propellor worked with us to determine the right shape and size for the space and carefully packed up the fixtures for their journey across the country. We have not even received the final photos of this project yet so you are getting an exclusive first look at it here!
