Lori Steeves established Simply Home Decorating in 2000 and has since renovated and furnished hundreds of homes — including 11 renovations of her own. As a business owner with an athletic husband, teenage daughter, and two Doodles, Lori understands the ease that comes from having a home tailored to your lifestyle.
To achieve this mission for her equally active and entrepreneurial clients, Lori has spent the last 20 years cultivating relationships with top local craftspeople, vendors, and trade specialists. She and her team lead each project from creative conceptualization to installation, ensuring that every space marries functionality with custom style and impeccable quality.
When Lori is not in the studio, you can find her hiking the rainforest trails with her dogs, skiing BC’s Interior with her family, or enjoying her latest book club read.
As Office Manager, Taryn is responsible for client care, managing accounts and invoicing, overseeing procurement and logistics, and assisting with resolutions.
As Associate Designer, Taleah works behind the scenes creating technical drawings and specification documents in support of our Creative Director.
As Project Manager, Hannah coordinates project schedules, supervises and inspects on-site work, and leads trade communications, helping keep each project on track.
