I understand that my appointment time is reserved especially for me and should I decide to cancel or postpone I must provide advanced notice at least 2 business days prior to my scheduled appointment. Appointment cancellations or postponements without adequate notice will result in a $50 cancellation/rebooking fee.

I understand that if my consultation exceeds the dedicated 2 hour time slot*, I will be billed for time overages in 15 minute increments at a rate of $275 per hour following the consultation.
