Located in the vibrant seaside community of Deep Cove, BC (which also happens to be my neighbourhood), Seymour Art Gallery has had a special place in my heart for some time now. I’ve always thought of it as “the little gallery that could”. With just two full time employees and artists and volunteers from the community, SAG offers an ambitious exhibition schedule and extensive community outreach programs.
From workshops to kids’ camps, online videos to a gem of a shop offering work by talented local artists, SAG has a little something for everyone on Vancouver’s North Shore and beyond. I love this gallery so much that Simply Home Decorating is a proud corporate member, and yours truly just so happens to sit on the board of directors!
