This penthouse condo in Raven Woods is home to an adventurous, nature-loving couple. With their children grown and starting families of their own, they chose to downsize their livable space and “upsize” in quality and luxury.
We optimized their home’s small footprint by creating distinct zones for living and dining. Each is outfitted with high-quality and custom furnishings in a light yet coastal palette of parchment, sea gray, and moody blues. Connecting over our shared love for supporting Vancouver talent, we sourced artwork, vessels, plantlife, and prints from local makers, creating a sense of place that feels distinctly West Coast.
To complete the design, we furnished a beautiful bedroom that reflects the coastal views, along with an upstairs loft that takes a different approach: earthy and inspired by the rainforest. A flexible, multi-purpose space, this room offers a grounding retreat for quiet reading, yoga, watching TV, or for their granddaughter to use when visiting.
